How To Enter The Astral Plane

When you've gotten used the experience of to astral projection, and have validated your experiences, you're probably ready to try traveling to the other planes.

You may or may not have encountered a veil, window, or door that does not exist in the physical world, but is very often there when you project. If you have, this may be a visual representation your consciousness has created to assist you. If not, don't worry, you don't really need this type of assistance.

What you need to do is raise your vibrations. The astral plane has a lighter and faster vibratory rate than the material plane. When projected into the physical world, with practice, you can sense something beyond the space where your body resides.

It's a lighter, faster energy, and somewhat hard to explain. Let's just say if it were a sound it would be higher pitched, the same note, but one octave higher than its physical counterpart.

Allow yourself to sense the vibrations around you that are not attached to any persons, animals, or things on this plane. The planet, or perhaps this universe itself, has a vibration. When you sense these vibrations you should notice more than one. They resonate at different frequencies, if you'll permit the analogy.

Now, notice the vibrations of your own being, which of the frequencies are you in tune with? You want to elevate your vibrations until they are in tune with the highest level you can feel. Again, it should be the same note, but a higher octave.

The upper planes are generally not directly available from the material plane. In my experience you have to go through the astral to get there.

You need to take control of your own vibratory rate with your consciousness and push it up, make it faster, lighter, and higher. This can be done, and is done readily.

Once you've done this you will feel that you have crossed through a veil of sorts. You may actually get some visual experience that accompanies this feeling. In my personal experience, the astral plane is misty to begin with, and then clears up.

Places, people and things on the astral plane are either transient or semi-permanent, much like the earth itself. I will go through at some other time describing various semi-permanent structures I've seen there. There is a great deal to see.

Don't fear anything, just head right out to wherever your heart takes you. You don't really need angels, or guardians, or anything, the omnipresence infinite conciousness is within you, and all around you at all times.

There is nothing in all of creation that can harm your spirit, consciousness, or however you prefer to think of it. Anyone that tells you otherwise has an agenda of some kind, or has been taught incorrectly and lacks sufficient experience to realize the truth on their own.

So have a good time, and above all with anything, or anyone you come across be kind or just leave it alone.
